Elite Property Inspection was founded in 2015 on the purpose of providing exceptional, honest, timely, accurate home inspections for the Utah community. Our goal is to give you the knowledge you need to make educated decisions when purchasing your Home, Condo, Townhouse, or Cabin.

Elite Property Inspection LLC specializes in home inspections. Clients will be taken through the home step by step. We will discuss all possible concerns that may affect the home and functionality. From there you will later be emailed a detailed home inspection report that covers the full inspection of the home; this will include digital and infrared images and detailed explanations of possible deficiencies and recommendations.

As a certified home inspector with superior qualification I am up to date on current practices and information to give you the best experience possible. With a degree from the University Of Utah in health science it give me a unique perspective concerning home inspections. In addition I worked as an expert witness dealing with home inspection litigation and prepared a formal report. With this experience I have an understanding on the importance proper and correct home inspection practices.
